Mutual divorce

My query is that in case of Mutual divorce, is there any clause for minimise gap in 1 st Motion and II nd motion

of less than six months and if it is than what the specific reason need to be in  for   it ?

Six months is mandartory u cant waive off six months, only SC has power under 142 to waive 6 months under exceptoonal hardship

Even Sc has said court can't waive this period as it is only for parliament/ legislature.

6 months waiting period is necessary.
