I have send one Restitution of conjugal right Notice on behalf of my client (Husband) to restore there marriage peacefully, after receiving notice the wife of my client came and narrated me details about there difference in mentality, family, behavior ..more, and it is not possible for her to stay with him and she also don’t need any maintenance from him as she has no children.
I have also consulted with my client and he also not interested to continue this marriage.
so kindly tell me what legal step should I take being as an Advocate so that they both get divorce as early as possible and they both can start there new life again.
