Mutation without knowledge

There are two land one is in the name of Father & another is in the name of Mother. Both are died. Leaving behind 2 daughter and 4 Sons.

Elder Daughter without informing any one make Mutation of the both land separately in the names of above mentioned 2 daughter and 4 Sons.

I agree that daughter has same right on the property of Mother & father  but the elder brother is upset & angry that without  informing any one how the elder daughter get the mutation.

So, kindly tell what relief I can being asan advocate can give to the elder son , is it possible to get mutation without informing any other sons & daughter.

Regards

dear paul,

FIRST OF ALL ,PLZ TELL THE MOTHER AND FATHER DEATH INSTATELY MEAN THAT CAN BOTH OF THEM WRITE ANY WILL OF HER DAUGHTER .

IF THE MOTHER AND FATHER WRITE ANY WILL FOR HER DAUGHTER SHE CAN DONE THE PROCESS OF MUTATION.OTHERWISE SHE CAN NOT DONE THE PROCESS OF MUTATION .
