I have bought a Road side Flat in the year 2004 against a notarised sale agreement and the said Sale Agreement has been mortgaged to ICICI for HBL. Registration of the said flat is steel pending. I am paying EMI of the said HBL every month in time.
Is the Rehistration is mandetory for Mutation? If Govt. take over the land for extention of Road and allow compasation am I eligible to get the said compasation with Registration. Please help me.
