Muslim Marriage

Experts, please tell me the procedure for Muslim marriage. Can a Muslim male marry a Muslim girl (16 yrs of age) in Court? Can a Muslim marriage be done in court? If yes, then under which act?

If u marry U streightly go to jail.it applies for every indian irrespective of caste ,religion ,gender. Y so urgent wait for two yrs. Then go &marry .
