hi all,
i m muslim male ..i gav my wife triple talaq orally n in writing on my advocate notepad . i send this talaq notice to her bt she refused . so now i hav filed a case in civil court regarding divorce declaration...along with the talaq notice that she refused ..my query is will i succeed in giving talaq...will it b valid...how much time will the case take ?? what sort of hudles will i face if any..plz help ??
