I would like to know the process for Applying TM in all the classes. Can I submit the same online or do I need to file mannually. And also the cost for the same. Please guide me.

Hi Swetha,
You can file Trademark for all the class for protection with one single application form for multiple class but you need to pay the Govt. Fees for each of the class. In case of further query you may visit www.legalmaximus.com or mail your query at admin@legalmaximus.com.

Applying in all the classed is not advisable. However, if you want to apply in all the classes 45, just government fee will be around Rs. 1,40,000/-.
