Appeal/Petition under section 34 of Arbitration Act is pending in the Court of District Judge against the award paased by MSMED Council. 75% of the awarded amount is deposited under section 19 of the MSMED Act
Opposite Party moved an applicatuion for withdrawl of deposited amount however no objection has been filed by the opposite party. Whether court deny it.

The objection to withdraw the deposit amount should come form the opposite party only, if they dont have objection, generally the court may not interfere, however since the appeal on arbitration award is pending, the decision may differ.
