I have a residential plot in Pune. recently I noticed mseb official trying to lay foundation for high tension electrical pole in my property for which they never took any permission from me. when I tried to stop they said that no permission is required by landowners. I would like to request members to kindly help me with legal remedy for this problem ... appreciate your help .

MSEB Officials are clearly in the wrong.
You have to approach Court of law to stop their actions.
You necessarily have to meet a lawyer in your area and take appropriate action before damage gets done.
