MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION

Assuming there is a private limited company having its office in bangalore. The Co. buys cars and gives it to its employees on lease. Now there is an employee who is working for the company from his home in Delhi. If the company intends to give a car on lease to this employee, how should it go about it if it has no office in Delhi. How is it possible to register the car in the name of the said employee working from home.

If it register in the name of the
employee then it may cause some problem as the employee may cliam the
ownership at later stage. Can i have some more details so that
