Appears to be legitimate query, as a vehicle involved in a crime or violations confiscated by authorities and probable remedy for the financier in such cases. Please inform facts and you need not state names. Generally, every financial company gets professional guidance from their expert councils and such soliciting guidance from open forum appears strange.
