I hav filed a Claim petition under 163 of M V Act claiming 7,00,000/- compensation.
fact of case is that,
one minor child having age 12 years at the time of accidnet, travling along with his father and mother and meet an accidnet with loaded tractor and minor child lost/ampute his right leg from his private part. i have filed medical bills of Rs.150000/- and medical board certifcae of disablitiy of 90%. evidence submitted on behlaf of claimant his father.
insurance admited, incidneted admitted.
Now pls suggest any latest case law for computing calim, future loss. further suggest shall i examin doctor ?
