sir, we have a housing society.we had pass a byelaws with some amendments. suppose 112, 156 etc. now with 97th amendment what will be the status of the old amended byelaws. suppose 156 is amended, its ok. but if 112 is not amended in new 97th amended bye laws whether our amended bye will be valid?

Please write clearly and explain which laws you are referring to when you mention sections and amendments. I am assuming that you are literate.

in our co operative housing society we had amended some byelaws in last 10 years. now as per 97th amendment new byelaws are published and has to be accepted. now in 97th amendment some changes are there . but in last 10 years we have made amendments in our byelaws and passed from TDR. but now in 97 amendment some sections are changed. this is ok. but what is about the section which is as it is in model bye laws but amended by our AGM. will be the as per our amendment or as per new bye laws.
