would like as per bye law if members of housing society who carried out interior decoration work are charged extra monthly charges.
if yes, I would like to know under which bye law, rules, or sections of the Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society act 1960 can be charged by the management committee.

If you want to carry out the intererios without disturbing the structure then the assocaition cannot interfere in it.
You may not be allowed to alter the structure however making alterations to interior will not attract any penalty.
Whatever, you may demand the society to show the bylaws by which they intend to collect the alleged extra charges and decide after that about its legality
