Hi ,
Please advise me on this, A person received 10 lakhs from me stating that we will start a businees and cheated me. If i ask him about money or partnership , he keeps on telling that he will return back but nothing happens.
I have transfered antirely using NETbanking. Can i raise complaint against him. Transfering using Netbanking is a Legal proof or not ?

Go ahead in respect to teach him a lesson. You can file civil and criminal case on him for recovery and for cheating, forgery,breach of trust,etc, respectively.
