Money suit

money suit filed in the court of district judge.after filing of exm in chief order18 rule 4 cross exm completed .then the plaint was returned back without enough reasoning. appeal admitted by high court three yrs passed .sr citizen suffering .is there any law where a money suit can be heard in an adm tribunal?scpratihar

No such law to hear sr citizens cases in any tribunal. Also how money suit, i.e money recovery I assume, come to be filed directly in the district court..? What is the exact subject matter of the suit?

rs18 lacs decreed and satisfied at city civil court calcutta pursuent to order of suprene court.prayer for interest missing in plaint.separate money suit for interest filed.origional suit was for declr and arrear pay us 34 of sp relief act.plaint returned on the date of final judgment.highcourt admitted appeal.evidence act has no applicability in domestic tribunal so how money suit can be tried trere? this was the question of law mentioned in appeal petition.pl enlight further. thanks.scpratihar nb. all jugges of city civil court are of district judge rank
