money lent

I have a loan of Rs 1 lakh by a cheque drawn in his favour but not giving for the past 1.5 years what can be done pls help

If the cheq was undated, you can go for NEGOTIABLE, INSTRUMENT , if not you can go for a civil suit using cheq, under order 37 of c p c.
