Money given to friend without legal documentation

Issue notce to your friend demand therein return of  loan amount. if he does not comply with notice then file recovery suit agaist him. 

as mr. goyal suggested, first send him legal notice and demand money.  if money remain unpaid file suit for recovery, within three years from the date when he agreed to repay the amount.

Dear

First talk him on face to face &shoot video/tape recrding if possible regarding this matter.

Its help to prove that he is nt paid your amount till date.

Now furnished him a legal notice t demand your debt money.

Otherwise he will ask that he has already given back debt amount. than you will be helpless.

If he des'nt return your money file a suit in court.

100% you will get back your debt money.
