i am a senior citizen. can anyone please send a copy of the model settlement deed keeping my rights over the property as well as revoking rights.the settle should not have the option of either selling or tranfering the property duruing my life time. after me the property devolves on the selltle.

Please see TNREGINET site. You will have a model. I used the same for final drafting / registration at Chennai Registration Office in favour my son. This can be revoked during the list time. My motherinlaw did it in the case of her daughter when she found helpless during her sickness. I am pretty correct in suggesting this format.
