Model affidavit - Vehicle transfer

Hi,

I need to transfer a 2 wheeler to my name. It is in the name of my father who has passed away. The RTO office is asking for an affidavit where in all legal heirs relinquish the rights to the vehicle in my favor.

My sister and mother are other legal heirs. and i have a lehgal heir document as well.

Please help by posting the affidavit model.

couple of questions

1`) R/O means "Resident of " correct?

2) The deposnents are my Sister and Mother. I do not have to sign this doucment correct? Just my name and other details have to be mentioned.

Please confirm .

2. Yes deponents are your sister and mother, and it should be signed by them only.

Hello Mr Aejaz... Suraj here,, Actually after my brothers untimely demise, had to transfer his vehicle to his wife�s name.. For the same Karnataka RTO is asking for an affidavit sworn by the successor. Can you pls help me share a sample copy of the same and help me out.. Thank you,
