SEC : 307 Injuries found to be simple. Anticipatory bail was granted by the High Court. Accused approached the magistrate for grant bail, but magistrate rejecting application and issued non bailable warrant. The act opf the magistrate is mockery of justice. Order passed by the Magistrate and warrant set aside.
