Can any member guide l me how to file a PIL in relation to the matter of Indian Air Force policy of giving no objection certifiate by authority to apply for civil post after complition of 18 years of initial engagement in IAF as an Airmen.
As earlier an Airman was permitted to apply for civil post in Govt/PSU/Private sector after complition of 18 years of his initial engagement in service on submittion of Unwilling at 17& 1/2 year of his regular service to serve after complition of initial engagement as per AFO 14/2008 but recently IAF has circulated an order to provide NOC after complition of 19 year of regular service but taking unwilling from individual at17& 1/2 year of his regular service taking more time from indivisual for IAFs human resource planning bot giving very less period to the solder for his re-settlement planning after serving the country for so many years which is unjustiied and the fact is of public intrest.
In view of the above all our lower club members are requested to give suggestion and guide me how to file PIL.
