You made a complaint against the missing of your husband.  But why did you complain against your in-laws? You stated that you and your husband with in-laws living in a rented house. It is not clear.  How many years completed?  After completion of seven years period, then also the whereabouts of your husband not known, then you and your girl are legal heirs of the property/pension of your husband. 

My husband (Koppula Naga Rajesh)was missing. He kept mobile phones in our rented house only. At that time I am in my father's home for delivery. Now I have a baby girl. I doubted on my In-laws and I make a complaint on them.My In-laws and wantedly do this to harass me. My father-in-law was an retired ASI in same department in same police station. So everyone support to my father-in-law only. My husband record some arguments between me and husband. That recordshe sent to his father. Now his father shows that discussion to everyone and create a bad opinion on me. After my husband missing I asked to police department to check CC footage but they Don't check the footage to trace my husband. I don't know why? And after 15 days of my husband missing some transaction done through ATM,that message came to his mobile which he left in home. That transaction details I gave to police department but they mislead that proof also. From now it's been 9months. In this 9months the police department are come to my house 3 times and they are signing up me in a false printed statements. I don't know what to do in this situation. Mine was arranged marriage. I gave dowry also and my father was an X-ARMY. He spent a lot of money for marriage. Now IAM staying in my father's home. Recently I gave birth to baby girl. At the age of 6months to my baby my husband went from home. My father-in-law not accepting me and my daughter to home. Now I don't know what will do? Here no one is there to help me.

He is my husband. It's been 9months from now. Here no proper investigation in  this station. Now my In-laws also fled from the town. Now I don't know where my in-laws also. On any Grievance Day (Monday), get a good petition drafted and personally submit the grievance to Supdt of Police and request for doing needful.  If you can afford it, entrust this to a private detective agency.

You can take help from police department or else you can approach private detection agency for detecting missing person. 

Investigative techniques - Private investigators might use background checks, witness questioning, or other investigative techniques to identify suspects or individuals who can help locate the missing person.

First file grievance in-person to Dist., Supdt of Police and invariably state the department link.  Members can not suggest the genuineness of any private agency.  There is a number of ways to track any person depending on such bank account ATM transactions, tracking of mobile obtained from linking to AADHAR, employment details, etc.

In my considered opinion, the best option is in filing a Writ of Habeas Corpus in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

Instead of going on the obligation of experts, who are correct to a great extent, you should hire services of a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

However, if you are unable to afford services of private counsel you can approach Secretary of your District / State Legal Services Authority to provide legal assistance which is provided FREE OF COST.

A citizen can not argue with a more learned official.  Bring the attention of local women's voluntary organizations, Womens' commission, and use the influence of your local people's representative (MLA/MP) to bring pressure on Police.  Instead of expressing doubts and seeking clarification, it is time to write the entire suggestions, list out a priority, and none of these steps cost you a single rupee.  Those who offer free guidance to you do it voluntarily depending on their experience in such cases.  If you have such doubts, engage an advocate and entrust this work to him for a fee.

Thank you so much sir for reply me. I am very afraid of my husband.. I already make complaint on NCW portal. PM Narendra Modi portal and Spandana portal. I done all these. But no use my in-laws said they don't know about their son. I doubted on them only. Previous also they do same thing but that  havetime Imy husband took his mobile with him. Now he kept mobile phone in residency. I have  a baby girl ( 1 year) and my father is a pensioner. My brother is still persuing his studies.  Day after tomorrow I want to go to meet SP sir to tell all these things. I gave all clues to concern police department. No use. They miss lead all clues. So that's why I want to go to Machilipatnam to meet SP sir
