Hi All,I am from Chennai and my wife filed 498a DP 3& 4. Second hearing, I forgot to attend on 03.02.2014. My lawyer didn’t tell that hearing date and I also forgot.Today I came to know that .Please advise me what shall I do now? Thanks

Did you enquire from your advocate about what happened on that date of hearing?, whether your advocate attended and represented you before the court?, Please clarify if he court has issued NBW?, if so, contact your advocate for recalling the same.
