Misrepresentation of facts

can a person be sued for having s*xual intercourse with his gf and obtaining consent with misrepresentation of facts ?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether sexual intercourse with a girlfriend, where consent was obtained through misrepresentation of facts, can lead to legal action. The consensus is that if the intercourse is consensual, even if based on false pretences, it generally cannot be sued for as sexual assault. However, significant legal trouble could arise if the individual faces allegations of forced sex or sex against a promise to marry.
