My uncle is senior citizen and involved in a case where his advocate has misplaced the original document. Due to this negligence he is compelled to change the advocate for filing of evidence in the court.
Now he is left with zerox of the misplaced document and want to submit it to the court. But what explanation can be given to court if asked to submit original document. Please help as it's do & die situation for him thanks to negligence of previous advocate. TIA
