Minutes of sgm of co op hsg soc

We have conducted sgm on 20 nov 2022 and finalized the same in first week of Feb 2023 and circulated minutes on 8 march 2023. Now one member replied that since the minutes not circulated in time it has no sanctity. Can u guide us replying his query.

Cooperative societies Act is a State subject which differ from a State to another.

However, if the proceedings are circulated in time it is valid and no problem / dispute.

If some member raises such an issue it is not maintainable.

We stay in maharashtra. The minutes were not circulated in prescribed timeline. If any member is saying that the minutes r not valid then what will be our reply.
