Minor's properties got compormised by guardian

dear sir/madam
my inquiry is about my property in India.
my father had 2 brothers.and my great grandfather gave them their share of property 40 bigha each.
but my youngest uncle died and his property transfer to my garndmothers name.and
my grand mother give me that 40 bigha of land in after many years later my uncle died and made my father guardian.i got land transfer on my name
but my other uncle filed a case against this property transfer.
this case gone for about 1-2 years, I was still minor,
then my father did compromise with his younger brother and give him 20 bigha.
when this happen(may be around1999) i was still minor at that time.now i m 30 ,i know its long time gone after that,
we did not have enough money to file a case against my uncle to get my property back.
can I do something now or not.
so if u give me any legal advice.
thanks in advance

Dear,

Since your father made a compromise, I think there is anything left to be done because father is considered to be the best guardian of minor's interest and the court will not be interfering because you have also delayed the matter as you mentioned that you are 30, which means you have not taken any step on becoming major.
