Sir,
I would like to know Minors right on Grand Fathers ancestoral property. Mother of minor is died before Grand Father. Minor is in the custody of His Father. If the widow of Grand Father wants to sale the said property what are the legal requirements. Widow is having two married dauthers.
Please help me.

property is ancestral than she have her share on the ancestral property ?but her grandfather aquired self so there is no right to give share of that property
