Minor property Sell with out court permission

sir i am 26 years old and my father was died 2001 and his property was sold my mother with out court permission in 2002 when i was a minor in till date i had no idea that i had the property ,only now i got to know about the possesion of the property i had and it was sold without my consent. so is it possible for me to regain my property through anyways

You have already lost the chance in the year 2015, when you attained majority + 3 years = 21 years of age (limitation) to challenge alleged sale transaction made by your mother in 2001.

Your right has barred by limitation .you may try one chance by issuing legal notice that you will approach court they may come to compromise  ,if not keep quiet.you will  loose  some amount only for notice.
