Minor correcteion in sale deed

Hi,

This is vinod kumar. I have one site in bangalore. In my sale deed they mentioned wrong parent deed number.

When i went to take legal opinion they informed to me. all parent document i have.

Only the thing is the parent sale deed no is mentioned wrongly. that is the mistake made by registration officers.

But i saw after 3 years. should i need change or it is acceptable mistake.

please suggest...............

Link document number must be mentioned in the sale deed ,by mistake it is omitted you get registered rectification deed that must be signed by your vendor. GLOBAL LEGAL SERVICES, email: globallegalservicesindia@gmail.com

Thank you Gangadhar for your valuable suggestion. Instead of Rectification registration, shall we change the sale deed number in current sale deed & put the seal of registration office. Because only one digit is wrongly mentioned.

That is 5226 instead of 5276......
