Minimum stamp paper value for training bond

You shall execute training bond on Rs.100/- stamp paper.

One of our Old HR has done with Rs. 50/- stamp paper is it valid if the employees break the contract?

I want to know few information regarding training cost consideration.

What are all cost I can claim if the employee break the training bond.

Looking for your valuable advice

all axpences related to training but does not include salary & allownces which is part of wages.  you can recover cost of training but strict proof of expences required.

I have breakdown the expenses

Flight ticket and visa  –                                                        -   1,00,000/-

Boarding & lodging, travelling and incidental expenses            – 12,00,000/-  

Special allowances paid in abroad during the training             -  14,00,000/-

Medical insurance abroad –                                                 -   3,00,000/-

Sum : Rs.                 30,00,000 /-

If employee break the training bond, i can recover above expenses legally?
