Recently Hon'ble bench of Supreme Court has observed that minimum cost for false/vexatious/frivilouis cases should be Rs. 1 lac which is presntly only Rs.3000.It is very useful for curbing false cases.
Use it appropriately.

It is strange that it is only Rs.1 Lakh. How will court compensate the torture and harassment underdone by victims ( who are being called accused in false cases) ? There should be atleast some duration of imprisonment added for filing fake cases. Then only it will reduce the false cases.

Should be? Is it the law or only an opinion? Govt does not implement orders of SC. Who cares for opinion?
