Engage an advocate. Take anticipatory and if not possible regular bail later on.  Contest the case on merits.

1. That you have caused to have done house-trespass; recited some obscene songs near her place – or hurled some obscene words; caused hurt by branding some dangerous weapon and caused criminal intimidation to her or to her daughter or to wife's family.

2. You should at the earliest consult locally with an advocate found via reference about stated charges as some are bailable and some are non-bailable offence. He may suggest even seeking AB.
