We need help on the process of transferring Mhada property on our name (from my parents due to their death), we already have the required documentation including probate, will and death certification.
What is the step by step process on initiating the transfer of Lease and Deed on Mhada (and other government org) records?
Can this process be done by individual or we need to hire a lawyer?
What are the fees for the both Lease and Transfer deed?
How long the process will take?
