You have to produce the death certificate of your parents, registered will with probate or a succession certificate from the court concerned, NOC i.e. a Released deed from the other legal heirs in favour of the legal heir, property documents such as the allotment letter, leased deed or sale agreement from the Mhada, NOC from the registered cooperative housing society with share certificates, an affidavit stating that the applicant has no other land with annual income. You have to pay the transfer fees as prescribed (minimum Rs.45% per sq. feet. You can engage any advocate/lawyer to do this work, you can inquire locally.
