my metual divoce case is in family court.i saw my wife re marry advertiment in matrimnial site and news paper.
can this evidence use for metual divoce easily (skip cooling periord) ?.

The said judgment referred by you is passed by the SC by exercising its powers under Art. 142 which is not available to the lower judiciary.
