METERNITY LEAVE Vs. PETERNITY LEAVE

i work for a retail company in delhi my head office is in chennai, and they have no idea about retail laws of delhi.i would appreciate if you could send me the retail laws eg:

leave policies medical policies , bonus policies and retails laws of delhi.

i would be highly appreciated if you could send me the whole booklet.

petrenity leave is given to the father of new born baby at the time of born of baby for taken care of both the mother and baby.

Is there any proof !!!!!!!! written in the Meternety Act. ? I came to know it is in the other countries. Not in India. Please clarify.
