Sir,
I have purchase a property on loan. At the time of loan application, I have named my wife as co-applicant.
Should I have to mention name of my wife cumpulsoryly in Dastavez? Can I mention only my name in Dastavez with my mother as she is no loan co-applicant in loan application.
Please guide in this matter seniors.

Check with lender that has advance loan to buy the property.

Dear Ankit,
Only the applicant to loan can have name in the Sale Deed.
If the applicants are willing to get the registration of Sale Deed in only one applicant name, then they could do so if the Financial Institution agrees for the same.
