Mental and physical abuse

Hii all. I am married since 1 yr 5 month. Initially my family and husband were gud but suddenly due to greed my mother in law took possession of all jewellery of my jethani. I use to talk to my jethani very rare in phone which my husband and mother in law didn't like. So I stopped that also.one day my husband beated me very hard and harshly. Marks were appeared on my whole body. I Was not able to wake up and walk. After 4 day I went my mummy home by an ola cabs and make some reason for going home. After that my husband opened my Facebook account and got printed all my chattings which was 2 years before marriage and started blackmailing me that if I would file a case he will defame me. He has is not taking me to his home. I m in my mummy s home since 6 month. I am afraid to file a case bcz he said that he will misuse my pre marriage chattings. We went to thana and mahila thana as well. He signed a bond also but still didn't take me his home. What shall I do..?? My father in law has done two marriage. The second wife is illegal as the first wife has not been divorced. My husband is from second wife. But still my father in law is not afraid of any consequences of this crime bcz he himself is a lawyer. So my husband is also not afraid to not follow the bond. I am worried what to do and how to proceed since he has warned me that if I will take any step he will demafe me and proove me chacterless. Plss any one could suggest me. I m in great problem and fear too

Now worry.first you have to go to police station and give complaints on ur husband harassment

Nagaraju ji. We have went to police several times. But police always makes a counciling and therein husband says there that I will talk to my wife later and will decide. But he never talks to me and don't take me home

Dear renuka ma'am, my husband wants my parents to fall in their feet. And my parents also went to their home but there was a huge fighting due to circumstances. And do u really feel that falling in his feet is solution and he will never beat me again. Secondly I m not finding fault in me FIL. Just telling their background that they are not afraid of any law. And my FIL tells his son also not to be afraid of law and bond paper signed. My husband also warned me that if I had file any case he would defame me using my fb chatting of 4 yrs before folrom today and which was 2 yr previous from my marriage. In his words " kahi muh dikhane layak nai chhorenge tumko aur Tera family ko. Itna badnaam kar denge" He got printed all fb chats and showed it to his father brother also. Ma'am I just want to know that whether Facebook chaating can be use as evidence to proove me chacterless...??? Bcz he has no other proof against me. Ma'am I am a very studious student and topped all over India in CA exams. And all those Facebook chattings was due to kiddish nature. Ma'am plss help me and guide me

First of all forget all chats. No one can prove unless n untill u accept it that u chat. Anyone can chat with our account who know password like your frnds.Your husband beats you did he accepted that? Accept your marriage is broken as he is not interested in taking you. Be bold he can't prove anything if its premarriage . Characterless if he has to prove then after marriage. Say that he know all about your past. Now you have two choice.first one go mcd and spend a peaceful life. Second one hire lawyer and file case on your husband and his family like 498a,dv, rcr etc. Remember file only one which you can prove and court procedure is very long only life ruin.
