I am fighting the case as 'Party in Person' . A CRP has been filed in Hon'ble High Court of Madras and i am the respondent in the case.
Please advise me on how do i file a "MEMO OF APPEARANCE" and i would be thankful if you could provide me a format and the order and rule under which i have to file the Memo of Appearance
