Meidcal ground transfer

I am faculty in Training Centre in a nationalized bank, and I have completed my tenure of five years assigned to me. since last two years I have developed a serious problem in my throat due to contunious and regular lectures. doctors have advised me not to speak contuniously and contunious speak may lead to cancer and symptoms have started to develop but my bank is rejecting my request to transfer me from training system. If cancer develops due to my nature of job and something happens to me. what options my legal heirs have to sue my employer in civil law as well as in criminal law.
