Mega initiatives under articles 48 & 48a

Govts. have posts called "Cattle Catcher". Govts have bought vans & is calling them as "Ambulance". These vans have 'Hydraulic" operated back door. The catch is feeding Govt authorised "Abattoirs" all across. 

Society rears Cows even by cutting on their own food (1 roti, 1 cup rice etc). 

But, 5-8 boys (who otherwise do not even stand to get a Govt job) come on the Van noiselessly with ropes & battons in days and even in nights; mercilessly run around throwing noose around the cows, bulls as if the Cows are meant for that. Those that are sick, limping, sleeping, those with calves, young cows/bulls are easy victims. These people take them to secluded spots, hit them on head, pile up the bodies & take them to abattoirs for peeling skin & packaging. Some varieties of the operation is: Ride that van to "Abattoirs" itself, Abattoirs have become more like Factories, all with Science Gadgets: Knives, Machines for this & that, REfridge-RATORS (Cold storage) ETC. You should see the triump, satisfaction on the faces of each of the easy money earners!

One does feel so satisfied in feeding Cows/Buffaloes/Ox/Goats the rotis, rice, greens, whatever. Their eyes speak of all their gratitude, pure love. People around you let you down. But not the Cows, Oxen, Buffaloes, Goats. They make you feel more happy, more as a King.

But, Alas! Money of innocent blood, blood of our own 2ND Mothers, Fathers feed Nations.

Has any baby grown on Mother's milk alone? Do we not take coffee, tea, a this & a that drink? We need think of where we get that milk from & how Cows generate them. But, Newspapers brazenly come up with humilating photos & writeups of Cows feeding on stinks. Who cares to see the other side of the story? Every bit of land is being converted into a brick & mortar this or a that. Even stretches along Rivers are not being spared. The humble, gentle souls are not even getting food for days together, all their lives. Mankind has misused Science & created this sorrow for them. Who cares on this?

God created the world for all creatures. Dinosaurs, even the elephants are now almost extint. Now, Mankind's greed has left no food even for Cows. NormallyCows, Bulls do not touch even grass if they smell bad, but they are today straying even to the stinks. It be noted that days are not far when "Mankind would eat Mankind".

The cattle catchers are so proud of their catches only because because of science & technology"Hydraulics", 'Vans" etc. These fellows & their groups are NOT ANY HEROES, the way they project themselves. The Govt itself is very happy with what it is going on as it draws huge money of meat, leather. Many sections of people have invented regular businesses, jobs with all these & so all are tacitly silent. This sort of apathy, all from the Govt is very bad. It will wipe off the Cow wealth.

Have Govts really fullfilled its obligation under Article 48, 48A? Are Govts not answerable on these Articles of the Constitution? Do school text books speak of these Articles? Have the curriculum framers even thought of it?

Officials, Netas cite Constituion when they want some benefits & not otherwise, as a part of duty.  :-

I want to use Engineering, Sciences & Law in ABSOLUTELY NEW WAY to upturn the entire perspective: "From Cows, bulls, buffaloes being viewed as burden, hindrances, to  that as Cows, bulls being money spinners; means of livelihood; means of happiness; means for pasttime; means for healthy living; means for 24X365 job for all sections, all age groups for all constituents; means of getting true, pure love, affection, blessings".

I AM NOT GETTING OPPORTUNITIES, SUPPORT.

The initiatives being talked off are meant to be pure gifts to the umpteen dumb (But intelligent, loving) animals that are being butchered in an organised manner, all with science & get God's blessings. Thus, this post is meant to sensitize the society & not hurt, disgrace anyone, Govt or any constituent.

Engineering, Science etc are one aspect, but this initiative is quiet massive & can succeed easily if Govt supports. Law Faculty could contribute in a big way & so has been discussed on a thread.

Gvt mechanism is working on desterilization. Instead, Gvt needs to ear mark minimum land at every village, district, taluk for animals, birds, forests, water bodies etc & promote breeding. Vast tracts of lands, forests need not be converted into a brick & mortar this or that. They can be profitably used to cultivate fodder for the animals & it will benefit other live forms too. Every creature has its own utility. But, mankind is not realising the value. 

If Science is used properly, Cows, bulls, buffaloes, goats etc can turn into money spinners, high class job earners. All strata of society can benefit of it. Can law not be used in better ways & prevent nature from turning to be livestock, timber, leather etc?

'Seeing is believing'. Have gathered some cruel photos & stream videos too. They are perverted usage of Science & Technology & contradict the Articles 48 & 48A.

This is to EXPLORE WHETHER THEY COULD BE POSTED. - The effort is to stir the conscience, build a platform of like minded & bring about the change for the better & not anything else.

Invention of explosives (detonators & bombs) is a science feat.  But, Scientists lost control on it, the moment it hit the markets. Today it is used in all sorts of ways, by all.

News item below substantiates the previous post & the above:

The news above is about proteins in the Cockroach guts that could probaly have multiple applications. 

True, Science improves the quality of life in most cases. Nothing much against depth probe, R&D in above etc or the R&D reporting neither.       -         But, the objection being raised pertain the heading & the name for the protein & it is being pointed that Science reporting, naming etc need be a responisible activity.

The issue is:  “Is it ethical to name, define, treat, use  …. God’s creatures, what ever it be in this manner?”  It is seen that the Gvt. does not even track most of the R&D & its developments or the heavy investments that go into them after sometime.

In this context, it is well to remind that the Gvt that funds these projects has the responsibility to comply with the Article 48 & 48A too. It is time Gvt works up bills/amendments to expand the scope of the Articles 48 & 48A.

Some suggestions:  

1). Today, science has evolved to that level that mankind could totally stop using animals & their products like leather that come out of their blood, flesh, something or other. - Even medicines need look for alternatives. R&D will definitely help find such alternatives.

2). The Gvt should build animal crematoria all across the nation. (The dead animals could be given a honorable funeral (burnt on methane gas etc) & encourage society to use the (free) crematoria for the above purposes instead of using the worship-able, honorable dead creatures in the hides & skin trade etc. There should be no room, incentive at all for any of these sorts of things.

                         If crematoria come up, there will be no cause for hurting someone's feelings, nor someone need say "I was opening up a dead carcass etc...".  Pl. recall that many of today's politics pertain this aspect. If a honorable creature dies, cremate. Don't even look for a nia paisa out of it.
