Meening of high court stey order

Dear Team,

I facing a wrong alleagation base leagle case and finaly I got the stey from honarable HC so please confirm the meening of HC stey.

and please what the chance for my anty party for challange the matter.

Hc has stayed the lower court proceedings, you need to read the Hc order so as to arrive at any conclusion.

we have got relef from HC on 01/08/2013 but still we have not received the hard copy of order once will receive will disclose.

Dear Seniors,

Thanks for your valuable feedback..Please advice me in my below important points

1-Sir now its come to my notice that my anty party apply for bail cancelation in HC allahabad so please advice is it valid ?. as we have already got the stey order from honable HC but not received the hard copy of order and also still not avilable in HC site..

2-what is the meening of quashig of FIR can I quash my FIR,

and some body told me that there is no process in Allahabad HC for FIR quashing like Delhi and other State..

3-Now what is next chance for my anty party to challange the case..

Please advicee I will be very thankul..
