Mediclaim insurance

My brother died due to cancer, I am having CANCER MEDICALIM EXPENSES. insurance co rejected claim on the ground that Policy is not having Nominee and they require sucession certificate. Is for mediclaim policy succession certificate is require, as per my knowledge it is require for life policy. Kindly guide me , since i am not having sucession certificate.

You issue legal notice and request to pay you mediclaim insurance. After receipt of legal notice Insurance company insist for succession certificate in writing you file in the court for getting succession certificate.
