medical prove for schizophrenia in law court

My wife is a schizophrenia patient and this fact fact was hidden at the time of my marriage. Now she frequently abuses me physically and mentally and she even attempted to kill me once or twice during 1.5 years of our marriage. How can I prove it in the law court if I file a divorce suit.

Dear querist,

Do you have medical perception/other related documents for her treatment before and after marriage if not then arrange same. After having doctor opinion you may file a petition for annulment of marriage u/s12 of HMA.

Schizophrenia is not completely curable and this vital fact was concealed from you and your consent for marriage was obtained by fraud.

This marriage is fit to be annulled.
