my case under sec 498 A was referred to mediation by Allahabad High court. Now on the Appointed date of mediation , what strategy should i adopt to get sucess ?

There is no strategy on the appointed date the other side would be there and the mediator will listen to both sides and they have just three options:
1. either you agree to stay together
2. Seperate and take divorce- settlement amount would be decided amicably
3. the mediation fails and you fight in the trial court.
Initially dont speak and listen what the other side wants - If they dont appear on first date take another date. Success depends on the willingness of you and the other side to settle mediators try to help but still they cannot enforce anything but Yes the mediation centre allahabad is equipped with good mediators.

Whatever you want. If you want live happily with your wife and she is also ready for that then make a compromise and live happily. You need not to have stretagy
