I had given the flat to my real brother on gratatious license basis some 11 years before. registered sale agreement, share certificate etc are in my name. I filled suit for eviction. current maintenence are been paid by me since last 11 years I have all receipt showing paid and received by me. Can I recover market rate compensation pending the suit or atleast he shoulld deposit in court. Pls advice me.
