Complainant advocate is present and represented hence no damage to complainant side. 

The accused advocate has filed a petition for adjournment. 

The exh 12  already filed is awaiting for the say of other side, hence other side has to respond to this pending exh 

Court has granted time for that as a last chance. 

Why did you not clarify the details from your advocate?

Seek opinion and advise of your lawyer who is well aware about the facts and circumstances of the case and duty bound to satisfy his/ her client, if you have an interest in the case. 

thanks unfortunately the lawyer only needs money after each hearing and has no interest if the case is won or lost not even confident to give any timeline or any strategy.

unfortunately one has to do own research and figure out what went wrong 

unfortunately the indian judiciary system is way too slow 

the simple case where a bank transaction has been done and the refund of money never took place and the check was bounced 3 times can not be expedited. Spent alreday around 60-70K to recover 6.52L and there too lawyer has no idea if this can be fully recovered.

and by the way the fraud is still fooling many innocent people who cant even afford to go to lawyer and people like me who can afford to go to lawyer are simply being cheated by the lawyers as well.

this is my third lawyer charging 3k for every hearing irrespective of the result and time. meaning if it goes for 3 years and the result is to settle with lesser money.

1. lawyer became rich almost 1.5L 

2. the culprit walk free with no harm 

3. the complainant lost more time and money then he thought off

where is the justice :D ... keep looking for one ... that is the reality unfortunately.... and person who is fighting for the first time doesnt know the terms so had to rely on lawyer who is not explaining much just on high level and one must blindly trust the lawyer 

If you suspect the integrity of your lawyer or if yourklawyer is not showing proper interest then nothing prevents you from changing the lawyer and to choose a better lawyer of your expectations.

There is no point in grumbling against the lawyer and continuing with the same person.

You can take proper decision based on the circumstances prevailing at your end 

Presumably you have lost faith in lawyer's integrity and proficiency as well as functioning of Courts, in such circumstances you may proceed as per your personal knowledge and research without any external support.
