Hi experts,
If both party are ready then what is the better way to go for a seperation...I mean Mutual consent divorce or Null/void. I do not have much idea but my feeling is null and void will be better choice as it shows no marriage for both the party.
it was not a marriage but my sister and boy made the marriage certificate by some false means and family were not knowing about this. It is happend 7 yrs back and they were not living togethor from that time. Now they both feel they should seperate....here I need some valuable suggestion...Thanks in advance
