MCD-if wife not willing after 6MONTHS??

Filed for mutual consent divorce with a permament alimony.Paid half amount and an MOU has been submitted to highcourt for quash petitions and the balanace amount will be paid after withdrawal of all the cases and divorce decree. Am about to complete 6 months.My question is 1.Iam sure that she is not willing for divorce,and suspecting that she may say a NO after 6 months or she will not appear the sessions.Iam roaming around the courts from past 7 yrs What will happen then and how the cases will proceed?
